Meet Attorney Herrick.

Attorney Jason R. HerrickAttorney Jason R. Herrick founded the Law Offices of Jason R. Herrick, P.C., at its present location – 10 School Street, Westfield, Massachusetts – in 2006. Attorney Herrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany, where he was a founding member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Pre-Law Chapter. During this time he clerked at the Albany Offices of Bond, Shoenick and King of Syracuse, New York. During post-graduate studies at Russell Sage College in Rensselaer, New York, Attorney Herrick clerked for the law firm Shanley, Sweeney, Reilly and Allen in Albany, New York. From 1994-96, Attorney Herrick held the elected office of Albany County Committee Member for the 13th Ward, 6th District.

Attorney Herrick received his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Western New England University School of Law (WNEU Law) in Springfield, Massachusetts. While at WNEU Law, he was elected Student Bar Association class representative and also worked at one of the largest collection law firms in the state of Connecticut, Howard Lee Shiff, P.C.

Upon graduation from law school, Attorney Herrick began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York. He relocated to the Commonwealth in 2001 and made the determination that he would focus his legal career in the area of Personal Injury Law. He honed his skills in that area of law for several years at two of the largest personal injury law firms in Western Massachusetts prior to establishing his own legal practice in Westfield, Massachusetts.

Since establishing his own practice, Attorney Herrick has successfully settled thousands of personal injury cases for his clients. Additionally, he is well-respected in the legal community, so much so that other law firms have hired him to handle their complex personal injury cases.

Attorney Herrick is a member of the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Herrick participates in many charitable events each year and supports many local charities. He is a single father of one daughter, Jacqueline, and they reside in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts.

Meet Attorney McCaffrey, Of Counsel.

Attorney Carolyn L. McCaffreyAttorney Carolyn L. McCaffrey has been a practicing attorney in Connecticut and Massachusetts since 2001.

Ms. McCaffrey is a member of the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as the Mass. Academy of Trial Attorneys. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts. McCaffrey Law Firm, P.C. is a proud member of the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.

She has appeared before the Massachusetts Appellate Court on several occasions and has a history of taking on complex, high risk civil litigation cases. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business (Summa Cum Laude) from Bay Path College in 1996 and her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 2000. She is the recipient of the Salutatory Award from Bay Path College and Western New England University School of Law's "Best Overall Advocate" 2000 Daniel Webster Advocacy Award. Attorney McCaffrey was also a member of the 2000 Jessup International Moot Court Team. She curently lives in Enfield with her husband and two children.

Meet Attorney Puppolo, Of Counsel.

Attorney Angelo J. Puppolo, Jr.Attorney Angelo J. Puppolo, Jr., is currently the State Representative from the 12th Hampden District. He represents all of the Town of Wilbraham and parts of the City of Springfield and East Longmeadow. He was first elected to the State House in 2006.

Angelo is a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means; the Joint Committee on the Judiciary; and the Joint Committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. In 2008, Angelo was appointed by the Speaker of the House as a member of the State’s Special Commission on Homelessness.

Prior to his time in the House of Representatives, Angelo served as a member of the Springfield City Council for nine years. Angelo was elected President of the City Council in 2001, and Vice-President in 1999 and 2000. Angelo is a past Chairman of the Springfield Park Commission.

Angelo has a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from American International College, and an Associates Degree in Business Finance from Springfield Technical Community College.

Angelo is an Attorney at Law – licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine. He is also a licensed Master Plumber.

Angelo is involved in many civic and charitable organizations including The Springfield Elks Lodge, Knights of Columbus, UNICO, Sons of Italy, ITAM Vets, Hampden County Deputy Sheriff’s Association, Director of the Lupa Zoo, Meadows Lodge of Masons, and Melha Shriners.
