Attorney Jason R. Herrick was born August 23, 1971 in Albany, N.Y. He attended the Christian Brothers Academy (C.B.A.) in Albany graduating with the Junior ROTC rank of Cadet Captain in 1989. Attorney Herrick lettered in two sports while at C.B.A. (football and baseball) and also participated in the wrestling and soccer programs. Attorney Herrick was a peer leader in the "ADDEM" (Albany Diocese Drug Education Ministry) program where cadets worked with at-risk inner city students. Attorney Herrick then attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J., making Dean's List, before transferring to the State University of New York at Albany in 1991.

Attorney Jason R. Herrick received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1993. While at S.U.N.Y. Albany, Attorney Herrick was a founding member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Pre-Law Chapter and worked at Bond, Shoenick and King of Syracuse, New York. During post-graduate work at Russell Sage College in Rensselaer, New York, Attorney Herrick clerked for Shanley, Sweeney, Reilly and Allen of Albany New York. From 1994-1996, Attorney Herrick held the elected office of Albany County Democratic Committee Member for 13th ward 6th district.

Attorney Jason R. Herrick subsequently enrolled in law school at Western New England College School of Law, Springfield, MA, graduating in 2000. During his time at WNEC Law School, Attorney Herrick was elected Student Bar Association class representative and worked at one of the largest collection law firms in the State of Connecticut, Howard Lee Schiff, P.C. In addition, while completing his law degree in Springfield, MA, Attorney Herrick was employed by the largest personal injury law firm in Springfield, MA where he developed a strong desire to fight for the injured.

Attorney Jason R. Herrick then accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, Brooklyn, New York prior to entering private practice in Massachusetts. Since relocating to the Commonwealth, Attorney Herrick's legal career has been focused in the area of Personal Injury Law. For a number of years, he honed his skills at two major personal injury firms prior to establishing his own legal practice at the Law Offices of Jason R. Herrick in Westfield, Massachusetts.

Attorney Jason R. Herrick is married to the former Kimberly L. McCullough of Chicopee, Massachusetts. They have one daughter, Jacqueline, and reside in Feeding Hills Massachusetts. A lifelong Catholic, Attorney Herrick and his family are parishioners of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish in West Springfield, MA.

An avid sports fan and freelance sports writer, Attorney Herrick has been published in the Westfield Evening News. He also enjoys attending sporting events, golfing and coaching local youth sports.
